PB Banana Bites (Printable Version)

Fast, no-cook energy treats starring PB, banana, oats, and chocolate chips. Great for quick fuel or a light breakfast!

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons tiny chocolate chips
02 - ¼ cup runny honey
03 - 2 cups of old-fashioned oats
04 - 2 soft bananas, peeled
05 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - ¼ cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter, your choice)

# Steps:

01 - In a big bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Add in oats, cinnamon, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips, then stir it all together.
02 - Take about 2 tablespoons of the mix and shape it into a little ball about 1-inch wide. Keep going until it’s all used up.
03 - Pop them in the fridge for at least 2 hours so the oats can soften up. Keep them stored in the fridge to stay fresh.

02 - Safe to freeze up to 3 months
03 - Flash freeze them on a baking sheet, then move to a container
04 - Let frozen bites defrost in the fridge overnight
