Chia Pudding with Banana (Printable Version)

A creamy blend of peanut butter, chia seeds, and banana. Simple, versatile, and great for breakfasts on the go.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ripe banana
02 - 2 tbsp peanut butter
03 - 4 tbsp chia seeds
04 - 1 cup milk
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
06 - 1 tbsp maple syrup (if wanted)
07 - A pinch of salt

# Steps:

01 - Grab a medium bowl and toss in the chia seeds, milk, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything looks well blended.
02 - Pop a lid on the bowl and stick it in the fridge. Leave it for at least 4 hours, but overnight works best. This helps the chia seeds thicken up like pudding.
03 - When it’s time to serve, take the banana, peel it, and cut it into slices.
04 - Split the chia pudding between two portions. Add banana slices on top, a spoonful of peanut butter to each, and drizzle some maple syrup if you like. Give it a quick mix before eating!

# Notes:

01 - Stays fresh for 3-4 days if kept cold
02 - Don’t add banana till serving or it’ll brown
03 - Feel free to use any milk you’ve got
04 - Maple syrup is totally optional
