Set your oven to 350°F and cover a roomy baking tray with parchment paper.

Arrange an eggroll wrap as a diamond on your surface. Lay down a slice of ham in the center, and place one mozzarella stick on top.

Fold in the left and right sides over the cheese, then roll it up snugly into a log shape. Put it seam-side down on the lined tray. Repeat with all the wraps.

Brush olive oil lightly over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with garlic salt to your liking.

Place in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes. Start checking at 10 minutes—ovens vary! You’re aiming for a golden top.

Take the tray out and flip each roll over. Cook for another 4-5 minutes so the bottoms get crispy and browned.
