Mozzarella Sticks with Ham (Printable Version)

Golden eggroll-wrapped cheese sticks with ham. They're crispy yet made healthier by skipping the fryer!

01 - 7-inch eggroll wraps, pack of 12
02 - 12 thin slices of honey-flavored ham
03 - 12 mozzarella cheese sticks
04 - Brushable olive oil
05 - Garlic salt for seasoning

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and cover a roomy baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange an eggroll wrap as a diamond on your surface. Lay down a slice of ham in the center, and place one mozzarella stick on top.
03 - Fold in the left and right sides over the cheese, then roll it up snugly into a log shape. Put it seam-side down on the lined tray. Repeat with all the wraps.
04 - Brush olive oil lightly over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with garlic salt to your liking.
05 - Place in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes. Start checking at 10 minutes—ovens vary! You’re aiming for a golden top.
06 - Take the tray out and flip each roll over. Cook for another 4-5 minutes so the bottoms get crispy and browned.
07 - Take the rolls out of the oven and serve right away with your go-to dipping sauce while the cheese stays gooey and warm.
