Fudgy Baileys Brownies (Printable Version)

Three decadent layers bursting with Baileys—soft brownie, creamy buttercream, and silky chocolate topping.

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 package brownie mix (plus what you need to make it)

→ Baileys Buttercream

02 - 1/2 cup softened salted butter
03 - 2 tablespoons Irish Cream liqueur
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
05 - 3-4 tablespoons heavy cream
06 - 2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar

→ Ganache

07 - 1/3 cup heavy cream
08 - 2 tablespoons Irish Cream liqueur
09 - 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

# Steps:

01 - Heat your oven as per the box. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment. Mix brownies using 1/4 cup Baileys instead of water and bake. Let them cool off.
02 - First, cream butter, vanilla, and sugar together. Slowly add Baileys and cream little by little, mixing until fluffy and airy.
03 - Spread the buttercream over the brownies once they're cool. Pop them in the freezer while you work on the ganache.
04 - Warm up the cream and Baileys until they start simmering. Pour this over the chocolate chips, wait a few minutes, and then stir until melted and smooth.
05 - Pour the ganache over the chilled buttercream. Let it set for about an hour at room temperature or pop it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Slice into squares and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - You can include Baileys in one, two, or all the layers.
02 - Unbaked layers will have a small amount of alcohol.
03 - Never frost brownies until they're fully cooled down.
04 - Check if brownies are cooked by inserting a toothpick.
05 - Tastes amazing with whipped cream or ice cream!
