Heat your oven as per the box. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment. Mix brownies using 1/4 cup Baileys instead of water and bake. Let them cool off.

First, cream butter, vanilla, and sugar together. Slowly add Baileys and cream little by little, mixing until fluffy and airy.

Spread the buttercream over the brownies once they're cool. Pop them in the freezer while you work on the ganache.

Warm up the cream and Baileys until they start simmering. Pour this over the chocolate chips, wait a few minutes, and then stir until melted and smooth.

Pour the ganache over the chilled buttercream. Let it set for about an hour at room temperature or pop it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Slice into squares and enjoy!
