Heat your oven up to 375°F, and make sure the chicken breasts are thin for even cooking.

Lay out the chicken breasts in your dish, then coat them with a layer of BBQ sauce.

Add slices of red onion, chunks of pineapple, chopped bacon, and shredded Mozzarella on top of the chicken pieces.

Put the dish in the oven without a cover for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the middle of the chicken is cooked through. If you like a crispy surface, broil it for 4 minutes at the end.
