BBQ Chicken with Pineapple & Bacon (Printable Version)

Baked chicken breasts topped with pineapple, bacon, melted Mozzarella, and BBQ sauce.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless chicken breasts, sliced thinly
02 - 1 cup of pineapple chunks, diced
03 - 1 cup BBQ sauce
04 - 6 crispy bacon strips, chopped
05 - 1/4 cup sliced red onion (about 1/4 red onion)
06 - 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
07 - 2 green onions, chopped up

# Steps:

01 - Heat your oven up to 375°F, and make sure the chicken breasts are thin for even cooking.
02 - Lay out the chicken breasts in your dish, then coat them with a layer of BBQ sauce.
03 - Add slices of red onion, chunks of pineapple, chopped bacon, and shredded Mozzarella on top of the chicken pieces.
04 - Put the dish in the oven without a cover for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the middle of the chicken is cooked through. If you like a crispy surface, broil it for 4 minutes at the end.
05 - Sprinkle on a little leftover pineapple, extra onion slices, and chopped green onion before digging in.
