Cook bacon in a skillet until it's nice and crisp, then lay it on paper towels to soak up extra grease.

Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk with salt, pepper, and milk. Pour it into a heated pan and stir gently until fluffy.

Slice the biscuits apart. On the bottom half, place cheese, followed by scrambled eggs, and a bacon slice (split in half). Pop the top biscuit piece back on.
