# Ingredients:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 1 pound of ground beef
02 - 1 refrigerated biscuit can
03 - 1 taco seasoning packet
04 - 24 small cheddar cheese squares

# Steps:

01 - In a big pan on medium heat, crumble and cook the ground beef. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook till the beef is browned and cooked through. Let it cool a bit before moving on.
02 - Pop open the biscuit can and divide the dough. Gently flatten each piece into a small round shape.
03 - Spoon about a tablespoon of the taco meat onto each biscuit circle. Add one piece of cheese on top. Wrap the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to close.
04 - Spray the basket with a bit of non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
05 - Place the sealed taco bombs inside the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Cook at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
06 - Take them out of the air fryer and serve right away, while the cheese is gooey. Pair with your favorite dips like sour cream, salsa, or anything you love.

# Notes:

01 - Go for cheese cubes instead of shredded cheese to keep everything from oozing out during cooking.
02 - If the dough won't stick together, dab the edges with water or egg wash to make it seal better.
03 - Brush melted butter on the dough before cooking to give it a rich, golden crust.
04 - These are a hit for game day, taco night, or any time you want a fun snack with a twist.
