In a big pan on medium heat, crumble and cook the ground beef. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook till the beef is browned and cooked through. Let it cool a bit before moving on.

Pop open the biscuit can and divide the dough. Gently flatten each piece into a small round shape.

Spoon about a tablespoon of the taco meat onto each biscuit circle. Add one piece of cheese on top. Wrap the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to close.

Spray the basket with a bit of non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.

Place the sealed taco bombs inside the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Cook at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
