Hot Italian Wraps (Printable Version)

Crispy tortillas filled with banana peppers, cheese, and three flavorful meats, made golden and warm in the air fryer.

# Ingredients:

→ Italian Deli Meats

01 - 12 slices of hard salami
02 - 24 slices of pepperoni
03 - 8 slices of deli ham

→ Base & Wrap

04 - ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 4 medium (8-inch) flour tortillas
06 - 1 tbsp of melted butter

→ Flavor & Seasonings

07 - 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
08 - 2 tsp of Italian dressing
09 - 20 banana pepper rings

# Steps:

01 - Turn on the air fryer to 380°F and let it heat for around 3 minutes while putting the wraps together.
02 - Put the tortillas on a plate that’s safe for the microwave, lay a wet paper towel over them, and microwave for 20 or so seconds till soft enough to roll.
03 - Put a layer of mozzarella cheese down first on each tortilla—that way, your filling stays in place.
04 - In the center of each tortilla, layer 2 ham slices, 6 pepperoni slices, and 3 salami slices so it all evens out.
05 - Pop 5 banana pepper slices on top, pour around ½ teaspoon of Italian dressing, and sprinkle a small bit of Italian seasoning for added flair.
06 - Spread another layer of mozzarella on top, then fold the sides inward and roll the tortilla up tight, starting at the bottom.
07 - Coat the tops of the wraps lightly with the melted butter, put the seam side down in the air fryer, and cook for 5 minutes till crispy and golden.
08 - Take the wraps out, brush with a tad more butter if you’d like, let them cool a moment, then cut diagonally and dig in while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Heating tortillas stops them from ripping when you roll them.
02 - Adding too much filling will make rolling tricky, so keep it light.
03 - You can bake these in your oven at 400°F for roughly 10-15 minutes, too.
04 - Air fryer cook times vary by model, so adjust as needed.
