Ham & Cheese Air Fryer Croissants (Printable Version)

Crispy buttery croissants stuffed with warm ham and gooey cheese, cooked to perfection in an air fryer for a fast and effortless dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 croissants, fresh or slightly stale are best
02 - A total of 8 thin slices of ham
03 - 4 slices of cheese, such as Swiss, cheddar, or your favorite kind

# Steps:

01 - Carefully cut each croissant open lengthwise, stopping just before the back hinge so they stay connected.
02 - Take two ham slices and layer them inside one side of each croissant. Add a slice of cheese, folding it slightly if it doesn’t fit snugly.
03 - Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and let it heat up for 3 to 5 minutes.
04 - Lay the croissants in the air fryer basket, keeping space between them for proper airflow. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5 to 7 minutes until the croissants are golden, the cheese is gooey, and the ham is warm.
05 - Take the croissants out of the air fryer with care, and dig in while they're still hot!

# Notes:

01 - The flakiness is better with fresh croissants
02 - Swap the cheese for Gruyère, mozzarella, or another you enjoy
03 - Try adding some Dijon mustard or tomato slices for extra kick
04 - For a crispier finish, brush the tops with a little butter before cooking
