Combine mayo, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Chill until ready to eat.

In the first dish, stir together flour and seasoning. Put eggs in the second container and whisk them well. Fill the third dish with panko crumbs.

Make sure shrimp is dry. Roll in flour mixture, dip in egg, and cover in breadcrumbs, pressing them on gently.
