01 -
Break the eggs into a bowl, pour in the milk, and sprinkle with a little kosher salt and pepper. Use a fork and whisk until it’s all mixed up.
02 -
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Pour in the egg mix and stir slowly for 3-4 minutes until they’re creamy but still a bit soft. Put aside to cool awhile.
03 -
Take the crescent dough out of the tube and break it into 8 triangles. Spread them flat on your workspace.
04 -
Scoop a little scrambled egg onto the wide end of each triangle, layer it with a sausage link, then top it with half a cheese slice. Roll it up, starting at the wider end.
05 -
Lay the rolled-up crescents seam-side down inside your air fryer basket. Bake them at 370°F for about 7-9 minutes, or until they’re crispy and golden.
06 -
While the rolls cook, melt the leftover tablespoon of butter and stir in the maple syrup. This mixture will be your glaze.
07 -
A couple of minutes before the rolls are done, brush on the glaze for a shiny, caramelized finish.
08 -
Let the rolls sit for 2-3 minutes after removing them from the air fryer. They’re best served hot when the cheese is gooey.
