Warm your oven up to 450°F (230°C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment or non-stick paper.

Mix flour and heavy cream in a bowl gently until it just sticks together. Overmixing makes the biscuits dense!

Put the dough on a floured countertop, flatten it to about 1 inch thick, and use a glass or biscuit cutter to make circular shapes. Press straight down, no twisting!

Place the biscuit circles onto your lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the tops turn golden.

Brush the hot biscuits with melted butter right after baking for more flavor, if you’d like.
