S'mores Dream Cake (Printable Version)

Smooth chocolate filling on a graham crust, layered with gooey marshmallows and drizzled chocolate. A fancy spin on campfire treats.

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 3/4 cup melted unsalted butter
02 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
03 - 2 tablespoons white sugar

→ Filling

04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, 3 blocks, softened
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
06 - 1 cup sugar
07 - 3 eggs, large
08 - Semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup

→ Topping

09 - Mini marshmallows, 2 cups
10 - 1/4 cup chocolate drizzle

# Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 325°F. Coat a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick spray.
02 - Combine sugar, butter, and graham crumbs. Press the mix firmly into pan’s bottom and sides.
03 - Whip cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and vanilla, then eggs one by one. Blend in chocolate chips last.
04 - Pour filling onto crust and bake 55-60 minutes. It's ready when the center is firm but slightly wobbly.
05 - Spread marshmallows on top. Bake another 5 minutes for a golden top. Cool fully, chill for at least 4 hours.
06 - Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top just before serving.

01 - Swap for dark chocolate for a deeper taste.
02 - Tastes best when left in the fridge overnight.
