13 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

14 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
15 - 10 Golden Oreos, crushed
16 - 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

→ Extras for Garnishing

17 - Halved fresh strawberries

# Steps:

01 - Grab a large bowl and stir together the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. In a different bowl, mix together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir until just combined—don't overdo it! Baking? Scoop batter into a greased donut pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. Frying instead? Heat oil to 350°F (175°C), and cook donuts till they're golden brown on both sides. Place them on a paper towel to drain.
02 - Combine all the glaze ingredients—powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and strawberry puree—in a small bowl. Stir until it looks smooth and glossy.
03 - Crush the Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a bag or processor. Add melted butter and stir till the crumbs stick together.
04 - Once the donuts are cool, dip them in the glaze, letting any extra drip off. While the glaze is still wet, sprinkle the crunch topping over the top. Pop on halved strawberries for a fancy touch!

# Notes:

01 - Want a stronger strawberry flavor? Add a tiny bit of strawberry extract to the glaze.
02 - Swap out half the milk for buttermilk to make these softer.
03 - In a rush? Use pre-made donuts and just add the glaze and topping!
